functioning incontravention of the UGC Act,
1956. The Hon'ble Civil Court (JD) Lucknow
has granted interim stay to the Parishad and
has restrained UGC from calling it as fake
or treating it fake till the final decision
in the matter. The UGC has initiated action
to get the stay vacated. However, in compliance
of the order of the Hon'ble Court the UGC
has for the time being decided to exclude
the name of the Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad
from the list of fake institutions.
